website is very slow

Hello,
the theme is super slow and we are getting lots of complaints. the website keeps crashing. it’s so frustrating. we have contacted the hosting provider (Godaddy) for the speed and even they confirm that it’s from the theme. We switched the theme to something else and the speed went up. we are losing our client. we even have the cache plugin set up. https://mypetnaturally.com/.
