Version 2.1 released questions

I’ve installed version 2.1 and it works fine, but I still see warnings about the plugin Option-tree. I don’t see updates on this plugin however I saw differences between the one coming with Perennial 2.1 and the one that I had installed, but the warning is still there. Is there an update on this plugin coming soon?

I also noticed about another plugin coming in the 2.1 version (woocommerce-tm-extra-product-options) do I have to install that plugin as well? I don’t see it installed from the beginning of the installation. Not sure why.
