Use Elementor pro with my theme

Hello

I was trying to add some elements from Elementor Pro Builder to build up my website after I have imported demo pages.
But I have issues when I switch to Elementor Pro: elements I have delete from pages with Classic Editor WpBakery Builder will come back when I’m in Elementor pro Builder mode.
Do you have any patch or tool to convert all my pages to Elementor Builder for me to continue using the demo import I have made?
Or an other way to process to avoid this situation?
