Translation problems for footer & header with WPML

Hi Team, we need your help for this problem

To generate the display of the header and footer, the theme uses a “HeaderPage” and “Footer Page” plugin, WPML can translate this but on the front it doesn’t work (we stay in the first language) although it is technically well translated.

Can you help us to display the translation?
