      Hi,

      It appears there is something wrong with the theme style where it is not
      rendering properly.

      It only seems to happen when I am not login as admin.

      You can see that the following issues

      1. Header has corners cut off
      2. Footer is all white out.
      3. Sticky Menu is not working
      4. Go to About Page and the footer is not changed.

      I have cleared cache but still have issues

      Can you have a look.
