The problem with Skincare DEMO content

I installed the Skincare theme on my domain http://theotherweed.com/.
When I try to set up the DEMO content (IMPORT NOW button) I see the error: “An error occured” (I atached screenshot)
I changed php.ini file as you described, I changed wp-config, I have now PHP 7.0.2 and these settings on the server – http://theotherweed.com/test.php

Why your DEMO doesn`t work for me?

FYI: I gave you all access data to wp-admin.
