Subscribe popup

Dear 7up team,

Regarding the subscribe pop-up containing the email address:

1. When entering an email and submitting, an error appears: “Please select at least one list.” – how can this be fixed please? attachment wp.jpg
2. The same issue occurs with subscribe/signup green section. attachment wp2.jpg
3. Can you please point out where this popup can be managed? design, enable/disable. Much appreciated
