Single Product ZOOM#1 not working

Hi
As per your theme ( https://lotusgreen.7uptheme.net/product/jumpsuit/ ) the ZOOM#1 not working with my site. I selected the Zoom 1 Option from theme option panel and tried also from the single product page. But the same not working for me.

Login credentials provided on “Advanced Information”

I opened this issue mistakenly on CASA forum with the same subject line and someone close this without resolving the same. So please read the issue correctly before closing. I already suffering with this issue from last weak, if you can’t make it resolve please inform directly on this topic as I have no more time.
