Shortcodes not being parsed – shortcodes showing on frontend

Hello,

I’m having an issue getting the sample data to display properly using the Handy Shop theme. When I view the frontend, I get shortcodes like below instead of the correct layout.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_column_text css=".vc_custom_1463714874048{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}"]

I made sure to purchase and activate WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) and followed all of the steps outlined in the guide.

I’m doing this locally so can’t provide login details.
