Products page coloumn length cannot be changed

Hi Team

I want my products page to look like the following

https://uk.fireoxsports.com/product-category/bags/

at present it looks like this
https://www.omrag.com/product-category/cricket/

Therefore i want 4 Coloumns for Products and want to shorten the width of the Side bar,
Please help

also your support is really bad, im so disappointed with the purchase right now
