Pop-up not showing and theme setting not in effect

Hello there,
1. There is extension that is shown in this template that generates pop-ups in the lower-left corner that is not included ( or showing in the theme settings.
2. The global settings for “Header” and “Show share Box” are not been applied to post and pages that have non selected – it shoud use them as defaults.

Can you please assist with that ?
