perennial demo import error

Hi trying to import demo content, and it gives an error, I have seen comments on same problem on forums, no answer, I do not want to give you access to my site , so please provide, update:

this is my php.ini info:
max_input_time at least 6000.
memory_limit at least 128M.
max_execution_time at least 6000.
post_max_size at least 128M.
upload_max_filesize at least 128M.
