Missing plugins in Cleanier theme

i bought the cleanier theme on envato.
In the description on envato you wrote the theme uses the follwing plugins:

WPBakery Page Builder (Save: $64)
WooCommerce Extra Product Options (Save: $25)
Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin (Save: $26)

None of them were in the package included, without WPBakery Page Builder i cannot use it with all functionality.

Furthermore it is not possible to import the demo content.

How can we solve that problems?
