Missing images in the top of the home page, only text and slow loading.

Hi,

An Envato tech downdloaded and installed the website and demo. However but all the images are missing in the top part of the home page. The installer confirms he has done it correctly so asking is you can give me some feedback on how this issue can be fixed. Only text is visible.

Also, the website takes over 30 secs to a minute to load. Everytime l want to check some alterations to the website it takes so long to load and reload. It is not live.

I am sure these are only minor issues and hopefully fixed easily. Looking forward to your reply, thank you, Janet.
