Issue with updating product quantity in the shopping cart

Hi,
We just discovered there is an issue with updating product quantity on the cart page. You have to increase the quantity of products for the Update Cart button to activate. If you try to lower the product quantity, the button doesn’t activate and it doesn’t allow to update the cart. Can you please help with this issue as soon as possible?
