Importing media stuck

Dear 7uptheme team,

We’ve successfully activated the Prospero theme by entering the special account username and password. It was a great help to us. Thanks a lot.
Now we’re facing a problem in importing media files of the theme. Importing all pages, posts and products are done. But when importing media files from theme options it gets stuck. It always shows the following stage. Importing data: media.xml 5 of 11 … DONE!
We’ve made changes in php.ini and wp-config.php as per the instructions has seen in the import option. Also tried by resetting the WordPress. But still no luck. Problem exists. Please find the screenshot.

Please help in importing media.
