Importing Demo Content Problems

      I have tried everything to get the demo imported including reinstalling the theme from scratch three times and changing the settings as instructed
      Apache config(php.ini): max_input_time = 6000, memory_limit = 128M, max_execution_time= 6000, post_max_size = 64M, upload_max_filesize = 32M
      WordPress config(wp-config.php): set_time_limit (600);

      I need for someone to get back to me ASAP please.
      I am including my login info in the advanced section
