Importing Data fails

I am trying to import the data for the theme but it stops when its trying to import mailchimp information

the theme is activated,
the mailchimp key is added.

i try importing it without media , it does not not work
i try importing it with media and it does not work,

the settings are maxed out you can check my phpinfo on my site and the details are there , max execution time is set to 1k and all file request size to 500M but it is still failing.

this needed to go online a couple of days back but im stuck and delayed and the business is suffering. so I would appreciate if someone can get back to me ASAP.
