Import data and missing plugin?

      Just got the theme installed. Two issues:

      1. During the import of data, it got stuck on mailchimp for 15 minutes or so and no message appeared. It seems installing it again is not an option to avoid duplicates. What to do?

      2. please see attached. Is there a missing plugin? From what I can see all recommended and required plugins are active.
