Images not showing on category pages

My site was working just fine a few weeks ago and now it’s not. I am using a child theme that I created using the plugin Child Theme Configurator and haven’t had any issues with it since day 1.

I created a few pages that show products with certain categories. All of a sudden, the images and data related to each product are missing (visually). However, the HTML code is intact and shows all the correct info. It feels like the page has CSS somewhere that says “display:none”, but I can’t seem to figure out what’s happening here.

What I’ve done so far:
– Activated Parent theme which brings the images/info back visually but doesn’t work for my needs. All my updates are to the Child Theme.
– Updated all plugins / disabled all plugins
– Updated WordPress
– Removed all functions from functions.php
– Changed wp_debug to “true” in wp-config.php

The issue I’m having is that this “error” isn’t throwing any errors.
