How to display only 8 products in a single row?

      I want to display only 7 products in a single row on home page under section New Arrival and (popular, Best seller and Special ) Sections. I want to display only 4 products and then a slider when clicked on it it should show another 3 products with a view more button that redirects me to the products page. How can I achieve this ?
