How to assign tabs / creating section id numbers?

So this is another aspect of site that is lost on me, sorry, need further explanation. How does the product carousel section work? Under tabs it wants me to assign a section ID, but I don’t know where we find that, such as 1554487592813-29f88ae9-68cd? At first we used what was there just as default but after changing some tags and products info those links no longer work. How do I figure out what the section id would be for each product category I want to have listed as tabs?
