How can I change link over image on shop page.

Hi,
I have 2 Questions.
1) I have already change text from “add to cart” to “Reserved” when click this button it will link to add to cart or checkout, but I want to change when I click this button it will link to product detail. How can I config it.

2) I want to show extra product description from the right NO2. to show on shop page too.
