Header Styling

Hi
The top row of my header has a Trade Only button centered horizontally (see red circle on image).
I want to change the second row to 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4 and then make my Search Bar (see blue circle in image) to be centered horizontally with trade only button.
But when I change the row from 1/3 + 7/12 + 1/6 to 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4 it doesn’t change anything.
I assume this is because of classes?
Can you please advise how I can make these changes?

I also want to make sure logo section (see green circle) and right hand section (see aqua circle) are both vertically centered with each other.
Can you please advise how I can check this and make this change as well?
