GoodShop Child Version: 1.0.0 – how to update theme

Hi

I am using GoodShop Child. There are GoodShop and GoodShop-Child folders under the themes folder.

I got an email for “[ThemeForest] Update available for ‘Good – Food WooCommerce Theme'” . how should I update the GoodShop-Child theme?

It’s showing version 1.0.0 under 7up them options om wordpress admin side.

the new upadted wordpress is showing some pages is older version on this current theme.
