Error when importing demo content

Hi, I am added all of the values in php.ini and wp-config file as per the details mentioned here https://forum.7uptheme.net/forums/topic/import-demo-content-error/
but I am still getting the error.

I tried “Import without media” it worked and now when I tried “Import Media” still getting the same error. See attached error screenshot.

Kindly assist.
