Error on importing

No errors on importations (previously installed required plugins), all the vars set but when is imported is not transforming the data, i just can see this:

[/banner_slider_item][banner_slider_item info_style="" info_align="" info_transform="" image="405" link="https://ridestyle.7uptheme.net//shop/" el_class="item-slider1"]

I add an image
