Error of stock list

Hello,
I have a problem with the stock management of my products (site https://www.adeleetodette.be/), I use the “variations” (in french peraps variables in english?) For my prices, with three product size variables (S, M, L), in my product page everything is working fine. But in the list of my products in the admin wordpress page, if there is no item left in the variable, some item will show “in stock” in the list page.

It’s quite complicated to explain, in the list, some items are displayed “in stock” while it should be displayed “out of stock”.
