E-commerce plugins and other plugins missing

Hi,

I bought and installed the theme and it looks great. I just miss some stuff in the theme.

1 the fronted registration form for the users, my users can only login and not register.
2 the wish list plugin
3 the compare plugin
4 currency change plugin
5 language change plugin

Can you please send me the content to those plugins? And the registration view?
