demo view issue

hello, all the following settings were done correctly
I’m still having trouble with demo view
no errors during demo upload
tried many times, did not succeed

what else could you suggest

* Config WordPress
set_time_limit (600);

coppy this code into file wp-config.php

* Config Apache(value at least)
max_input_time=6000
memory_limit=128M
max_execution_time=6000
post_max_size = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
