Changing the content of the page.

Firstly, I cannot change anything in the website. When I click on edit (for example logo), it shows nothing. (Refer to the attached image)
It works on my localhost but I want to work online on the template not offline.
These are my server settings:
– max_execution_time 900
– max_file_uploads 20
– max_input_time 900
– memory_limit 128M
– post_max_size 256M

Secondly, I cannot load media.xml, it stops working in the middle. I use import media button and also WP Importer plugin.
