Carousel alignment and hidden sidebar

I am editing my website on wordpress and i have two problems, first i can´t seem to correctly align the content on the carousel slider, how can i center the content?

Also i can´t seem to understand how can i put the filters i created on widget, and attach them on the hidden sidebar.

can you help me on these issues?
