Can't install Ripara theme on localhost

Hello,

I have purchased a 7up Ripara theme.

While installing the theme on my localhost, I am not able to see pages, which shows on the live demo.

also I can’t see Theme Option > Import Demo Content Menu, which one is shown on document.

Seeking your guidance to install the theme on localhost.
