Cannot import demo content Academie Theme

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Academie theme from ThemeForest and I have followed Import Demo content in the documentation. However, when I clicked “Import demo content” button, my website said “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” and the page is blank. Other functions seem operate correctly.
The mail from wordpress mentioned:
