can we get the demo content media to upload by ftp?

      My hosting server doesnt allow me to change php.ini to this

      max_input_time = 6000

      max_execution_time= 6000

      theirs is 30 only so when i import the media demo i get errors.

      Please can u tell me where to get the actual files?
