7up-Core-server time out and slow loading

      After woo commerce recent update, My product listing (admin ) giving me server time out 504 .
      So I deactivated all the plugins and find out, whenever I activate 7up-Core, giving me server time out.
      Your theme (KuteShop) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files

      Please advice.
