WXR Error when importing demo and media

Hi when I try to load demo content. I get this wierd error (Screenshots atached)

• I have met requirements
• I modified config.php according to your requirements too
• I get this weird WXR error, which as far as I know does not have anything to do with the requirements, but with the src
