WPBakery not work at any page for edit

Dear,
I can’t edit any page with WPBakery frontend.

When We select to edit a page, the WPBakery logo appeaes and nothin happend after that.
We don’t use Backend because is more difficalt for us. For that we buy that theme (WPBakery editor). Yoyr theme presentation and information not says anyware about WPB Frontend mulfunction!!!

Why your theme not work with Frontend? We need to use Frontend for more easy editing.
