Widgetised Sidebar not working

Hi there,

For some reason, the sidebar on the left hand side of the shop page of my website is not displaying at all, even though I imported the demo content.

Please see the first image named (What I should have.png) an image from the SHB theme live demo on themeforest. This is what I want displayed. Please see image of what is currently displayed on my website (What I have.png).

Even though I have the Widgetised sidebar installed with content (Widget sidebar.png) the sidebar is not displaying.

Please can you help me so that my shop page sidevar can display the same as the image in “What I should have.png”
