Antivirus programs see nothing. Every 5 customers of my store cannot place orders. Please help me, how to deal with this, i’m losing many customers! ;/

The more difficult it is to diagnose, because this problem does not occur on every computer / browser. However, it occurs very often in my clients. From here I attach a video to confirm the problem. The problem is 100%.

I can’t handle with this problem. Please help.
I provide full access data to the panel CMS and FTP, in “Site information” fields.
