Video loading background / Mobile screen background

      Hi,

      When I select Video as background, I have always to wait until I get good video quality.. Is there a chance to change that? When I have video background on desktop I will need an image in background for mobile screens. Is that possible? Or can I deactivate that row for mobile?..
