Unable to install theme as shown on demo page

Hi how are you?

I’m building a website with your theme for a client, my client bought it from Envato. The client wants the same page as on the demo page, but I can’t seem to be able to build the demo page with the instructions provided in the documentation.

I want this preview:

I need a full export of the example website or someone who can login and edit the website as is shown in the preview.

Can you please help us with this?
