problem with short and long description editor

Sorry to bother one once again

I have one issue on website that when we copy description on description box it shows … on the product description and when we scroll down the whole descriptions comes exactly as we have given in the product with whole html tags that we used but on the top one its truncating and does not show email clickable and not accepting any paragraph means all the htmls tags its not accepting
