order-received page – header & footer options

Every page has selected header and footer section. But order-received page has boxed version > http://prntscr.com/onz0m5

How can I fix this issue?

I think, you don’t need the ftp, if you need I can send, np. Just in mind, I can’t update your theme because we had to much custom codes.
