New wordpress version is not compatible with theme

Hello!
I’m trying to update the wordpress versin, however when I do it all the website gets disfigured, the menu stops working and the clients can’t see the products.
Another problem is that when I update the wordpress version, all this happens and I can’t go back! I have to restore a backup.
The WPBakery also stops working and something happens to the Woocommerce as well.

Hope you can fix this problem with the theme.
