My Footer & Page layout are not displaying in the correct size

Hi,

We are using common footer for all pages but

Case – 1
it’s working fine when user is logged In (Footer & Page layout).

Case – 2
When user Logged Out Footer & Page layout both is breaking.

Case -3
How can We create fullwidth Layout?
