      Hello,

We’re having certain issues while working with the 7UP theme.
The theme has been installed according to the instructions as provided in the installation guide, by now several times and every time on a clean wordpress installation.

While trying to ‘save changes’ after making changes to the settings in for exampe the ‘responsive design options’, the theme does not remember the changes we’ve made. This basically results in not being able to make changes to the standard theme settings. For example; we import a logo image into a module (part 1.png) and change the (max) width/height values. We save the changes and publish the content (part 2.png). We’ve been trying these steps with all kinds of settings. None of the values we change are being saved and/or result in any change on the page. However, in certain situations the changes are actually being saved. It seems the theme works half and/or is quite ‘buggy’.

What usually happens is the inputs being reset to the default settings as soon as the ‘save changes’ button has been pressed.(part 3.png)

After creating a new WordPress theme and loading the 7up theme without the media content, the theme actually does work in certain situations especially in the beginning right after the fresh installation. This however changes after a while, resulting in the theme becoming buggy once again. Importing the media immediately results in the theme bugging out.

We haven’t been able to use the frond end editor (WPBakery editor) either, due to issues/bugs/errors.
After a lot of trial and error errors, we decided to try and find support via the ticket system. We can’t seem to figure out how to fix the issues ourselves.
We’d love to use the theme without any issues at all.

      Thanks in advance,

      Rik Hendriks
