Media import issue

We have an issue importing the media for this theme. These are our configurations for PHP INI:

allow_url_fopen = On
display_errors = Off
enable_dl = Off
file_uploads = On
max_execution_time = 24000
max_input_time = 24000
max_input_vars = 24000
memory_limit = 4092M
post_max_size = 4092M
session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440
session.save_path = “/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php74”
upload_max_filesize = 4092M
zlib.output_compression = Off

But we’re getting an internal server error when importing. Please advise.
