import media doesn't work

I bought the template yesterday. I did the installation following the manual, but at the time of installing the “demo” does not work.
“Import Now” does not work.
“import without media” works.
“import media” does not work.

I need him complete. I have updated everything I could on the site.
I tried to upload the “media” file from the “data” folder but it also failed.
