import Hanging at mailchimp.xml Some issue we cannot resolve

We are trying to import data and every time, the process is hanging at mailchimp.xml import.

We ahve already tried three times, but every time we are stuck at mailchimp.xml import. Please check attachment.

Can you please suggest what we can do??

An early and immediate response is appreciated.

We are an agency serving a client and promised delivery on Tuesday. BTW, the theme is activated and then we started import. Procedure is followed as per your sintructions and the parameter of ini file are also set as per your instructions.
